Talking about and mentally understanding the difficulties of your past in therapy doesn't actually get it out of your body.
Knowing "why" you feel the way you do doesn't magically translate to less anxiety, feeling calm during stress and developing a sense of inner peace.
You actually have to learn how your subtle body (the technical side of your mind-body system) works to release the trapped trauma for good...
So we, as empaths, healers and seekers keep "doing the work" of personal growth but don't actually get the results...
So we waste time and money doing therapy or learning new healing & self help techniques that feel good at the time but don't create lasting change.... all while the years of our life are going by.
You need to get down to the subtle body level... Get down to the source of what's trapped in your body and release it for good so you can live the life you know you're meant for.
